8/15 - 200 Hour Teacher Training with Yax Yoga Concepts

Offering 2 types of classes:

Vinyasa

- Fast paced flow class with lots of movement

Niyata

- A slower paced stability class. Where poses are held longer and the focus is on creating better body awareness in the poses. Great for beginners.

Class is Saturday at 12pm, Everyone is welcome and it is included in  the membership
