Kari from @wholelifefullsoul here again with one of my favorite breakfast (and any meal of the day) recipes!
5 Spice Sausages!
1 lb organic pasture raised ground turkey (pork or beef works well too)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (for the pan)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat an iron skillet to medium on the stove top and add the coconut oil. Combine all the spices in a bowl, then using your hands mix in the ground meat until everything is incorporated. Then make into patties (I isually do about 2 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick) and get roughly 8-10 this way. Add them to the skillet in batches, cook for 5 minutes on one side and then flip. They should have a nice golden brown when you're finished. ‪#‎whole30‬ ‪#‎whole30recipes‬
These are seriously delish! Let me know if you make them at @wholelifefullsoul

I am really loving the theme/design of your website. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems?
A few of my blog audience have complained about my site not working correctly in Explorer but
looks great in Opera. Do you have any advice to help fix this problem?
