“I was in search of a fitness program that best increased overall human performance. After a long search, I found Crossfit in 2009. I knew that I wanted to use Crossfit as a way to help others improve their lives both at work and on an everyday level. As a Pilot I find it important to be in good overall conditioned shape. By definition that is exactly what CrossFit is. Ever since day one of my first CrossFit work out I have been hooked and constantly improving. The fundamental ideas of CrossFit are science and will prove itself as such if you just come ready to work.”
