BEACH WOD DETAILS:
Where: Sandbridge Beach - Little Island Park (Gym CLOSED)
When: 9am-11am heats
• This workout will be a series of stations in a 125m track.
• Athletes will pull, drag, or carry an odd object between stations.
• At each station, the athletes will work together to complete the task before they can move on to the next station.
• Workout is for ability levels so SIGN UP! Athletes that sign up get priority. All others will be worked into the mix ;)
• Fun and games after the WOD so come prepared to play! See you there.
