Enjoy your forced day off!
• Gym is CLOSED Mon-Fri from 10a.m.- 10:45am and 12p.m.-2p.m. as well as any other time on the schedule that does not have a class listed. Please allow this time for our coaches to go recharge or workout themselves so they can be the best at what they do ;)
• If you are still doing Open Gym when the next class begins, the priority of space and equipment goes to the class on the floor.
• If the equipment or space you are using interferes with the class on the floor, you will need to surrender the equipment to them and change your location in the gym to accommodate. Please don't make the coaches ask...they hate doing it as much as you.
• Use of the clocks can not be permitted during classes, by athletes, unless you speak with the coach on the floor first.
• Athletes now have their own station over near the t.v.s- where you will find dry erase markers, boards, pens, sign-up sheets, post-its, and everything else you need.
•Please let one of the coaches know if there's anything you need that's not at the athlete station, and we will get it for you.
