Crossfit Oceana is committed to fitness. Longevity is supported through safe, fun, challenging, and varied training.
As a staff we are qualified and patient enough to facilitate any everyone’s first experience with CrossFit at our facility, Crossfit Oceana.
With that said, we have implemented a fundamental program. If you have recently joined the facility, feel you haven’t mastered the movements or just need some extra attention. We highly recommend you take advantage of our loving qualified staff. This is a beneficial tool to aid in your CrossFit advancement.
For a 3 month period our rates for these private lessons will be discounted at more than 50% off from full price. Regular pricing will be $110 for a 90 Minute Session with a coach that can be broken up into 2 sessions at the discretion of the client.
The discounted, limited time pricing, is just $45 for this private training experience. Essential to developing a core, technically sound foundation for this incredible style of training.
