Nutrition Counseling
You know how to work out, basically. A coach helps you to push to the edge of your limit and get better results in the long run.

You know how to eat healthy, basically. A coach helps you adopt even better habits and get better results in the long run.

Sharon’s specialty is assessing the whole picture and formulating a plan that easily fits into your lifestyle. Eating habits develop over time and must be changed over time. Breaking the changes into small steps, including customized nutritional recommendations and easy-to-make recipes are included in your plan.

What you eat directly affects your performance in the gym. How your body is fueled before a workout, but even more importantly how you refuel during recovery, can make dramatic differences in your stamina, your strength, your flexibility and your overall health. Sharon Greenspan is Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She coaches people to change their nutritional habits.

95% of the time people eat because they are tired, stressed, angry, lonely and tired. About 5% of the time they eat because they are hungry. Sharon helps you to raise your awareness and shift to eating in order to fuel your body. Sharon’s clients have reported:

Life Coaching
You make time for the gym, but what about balancing all the other responsibilities in your life? Do you manage to get a lot of things done, but wind up drained?

Life Coaching teaches you to balance all the areas of your life AND to balance the “doing” and “being” in your life. Instead of just doing, doing, doing and ending up exhausted, you get a lot done and feel great.

You have choices in life. You can sit down and pay the darned bills (feeling frustration). You can sit down and pay the bills, grateful that you have enough money this month. Either way the bills get paid. Your experience and how you feel in those situations is entirely different.

Sharon’s approach gathers both quantitative and qualitative data about how you live your life. It is a creative and scientific approach to creating success and happiness on a consistent basis. The Balance It All System is a complete program.

Private Stretching/Yoga Lessons
There are numerous benefits to stretching/yoga:

  • release lactic acid from the muscles (which causes stiffness, pain and fatigue)
  • increases range of motion
  • lubricates the joints
  • stretches the tendons, ligaments and fascia around the muscles
